Randy Josepher is responsible for the construction division of Inland Atlantic Development Corporation.

In this capacity, he participates in final architectural design and oversees the project bidding process, selection of general contractors and project field management. Mr. Josepher joined Inland Retail Real Estate Trust, on a full time basis in 2006. Since 1994 he has been affiliated with the Inland organization, managing various construction projects as an independent contractor.

Prior to Inland Retail, Mr. Josepher owned RLJ & Company, a nationwide commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm specializing in multifamily housing and commercial real estate. Mr. Josepher was a Senior Loan Officer for two national mortgage banking firms from 1979 to 1990. In addition, Mr. Josepher was an Asset Manager for Gerald Hines Interests in Denver, Colorado.

Mr. Josepher graduated from Colorado State University with a BS Degree in Management and Finance and later attended an Executive MBA program at the University of Colorado. His professional affiliations include various national and state appraisal organizations, as well as real estate boards.
